This project aims to create an industry-leading, end-to-end automated solution for a well-known tire manufacturer. The solution covers all key stages of tire production, from intelligent temporary storage after tire embryo formation, to precise loading and unloading of the vulcanizing machine, and then to labeling, barcode scanning, sorting, palletizing, and automated warehousing of finished products. Ultimately, the system can automatically complete outbound processing, secondary sorting, packaging, and loading according to order instructions, achieving unmanned operation throughout the entire production process from production to shipment, and ensuring traceability of information at every stage, setting a new benchmark for intelligent tire manufacturing.
