As STORIN continues to advance its business in Japan, its local operations and project support systems are progressively becoming operational.
For STORIN, entering the Japanese market means more than developing new business. It requires a deep understanding of local customers’ operations, project management requirements, and service standards, while building long-term trust through a measured, practical approach.
From “Entering the Japanese Market” to “Serving Customers in Japan”
STORIN is building a smart warehousing service framework that aligns more closely with the needs of local customers.
01 | Building Local Operations in Japan
As STORIN’s business in Japan moves forward, the local team is becoming more involved in customer communication, site assessments, project coordination, implementation support, and follow-up services.
The Japan team works closely with customers and gathers information directly from project sites. It also works with specialist teams across the Group, promptly sharing site information and local requirements to support solution design, software development, equipment selection, and project implementation.
For STORIN, the Japan team’s role goes beyond coordinating business communication. It also helps build local operations that can support customers and projects over the long term. Strengthening this foundation remains an important part of STORIN’s work in Japan.
02 | Learning from Real Projects to Better Understand Local Needs
STORIN is currently involved in several logistics automation projects in Japan, including projects for e-commerce and retail operations. The Japan team continues to participate in site assessments and project coordination. It also works with specialist teams on solution design, software development, equipment commissioning, and preparations for implementation.
These projects give STORIN a clearer understanding of the practical requirements at logistics sites in Japan, including workflows, project management, safety, quality, and after-sales support. We recognize that the Japanese market sets clear, rigorous standards for project quality, on-site support, delivery management, and long-term service.STORIN therefore aims to learn from each project, better understand the needs of customers in Japan, and continuously improve its service and collaboration processes.

03 | Supporting the Full Project Lifecycle with Reliable Local Services
In smart warehousing and logistics, stable system operation over the long term and continuous improvement are essential. STORIN draws on its system integration expertise to bring together software, hardware, project implementation, and operations and maintenance services, providing support throughout the project lifecycle:
– Understanding customer requirements: We study each customer’s business and workflows in detail to help project teams understand the requirements accurately.
– Solution design support: We work with technical teams to refine solution plans based on actual site conditions.
– Project implementation support: We assist with on-site coordination, installation and commissioning, and operational improvements to ensure the solution fits the actual operating environment.
– Operations, maintenance, and after-sales service: We provide ongoing technical assistance and system maintenance support while the system is in operation.
STORIN established and launched its Japan Operations Center to bring these capabilities closer to local customers and provide more timely, reliable support.

04 | Growing Together with Our Partners
Since entering the Japanese market, STORIN has continued to engage with customers and gain hands-on project experience. This is helping the company better understand the local market and improve its local operations and services.
The official launch of the Japan Operations Center reflects the progress made so far and marks a new starting point for STORIN’s continued development in the Japanese market.
Looking ahead, STORIN will continue to support projects and customers through its local team in Japan and specialist resources across the Group. With an open, practical approach, we will work alongside local customers and partners to explore more ways to develop smart warehousing and improve logistics operations.
From “Entering the Japanese Market” to “Serving Customers in Japan,” STORIN will continue to focus on actual site requirements, learn and improve, and gain experience through every collaboration, growing together with customers and partners.
