The warehouse, with a height of 8.5 meters, manages the production, processing, and distribution of dry goods such as snacks and condiments, fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables, and frozen products such as meat.
The platform faces challenges including difficulty in recruiting staff, high employee turnover, low efficiency and error rate in manual picking, and low warehouse storage density.

Inbound efficiency: Single-station picking efficiency of 168 pieces/hour, outbound efficiency of 8,000 pieces/day; Tailored to customer scenarios, mobile picking carts provide a cost-effective solution for relay picking of multi-temperature goods (dry goods, fresh produce, frozen goods). Electronic tags reduce human picking errors, and goods-to-person picking improves human picking efficiency.
