This project aims to provide an advanced "box-to-person" automated system for the distribution center of a Shenzhen zipper supplier. The system will primarily be applied to the second-floor raw material warehouse and production line side, aiming to optimize the inefficiency of existing manual operations by improving warehouse space utilization, enhancing storage capacity, and automating the entire process of raw material delivery from warehousing to the production line. The STORIN ACR system, as the core, will be responsible for receiving, handling, and sorting box tasks from the upstream WMS.

High-Density Storage Architecture: Utilizes 15/14/13-layer shelving to maximize vertical space utilization.
Massive Storage Capacity: Provides over 14,000 bin locations, significantly increasing storage capacity.
Efficient Workstation: Equipped with one conveyor workstation to optimize human-robot collaboration and material flow.
Intelligent Robot Cluster: 6 line-side SLAM ACR robots (2200mm height) for precise line-side delivery.
7 AS/RS ACR robots (4260mm height, 2 with labels, 5 without labels) to handle different types of bins.

Power Supply Guarantee: Equipped with 5 standard charging stations, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted robot operation.
