In the era of omnichannel retail, traditional bulk replenishment models for physical stores are inefficient, costly, and prone to errors when handling massive B2C orders.
For retailers, integrating automation technologies to build agile logistics centers capable of rapidly responding to market demands has become crucial for gaining a competitive edge.

SOLUTION CONFIGURATION
Employing a hybrid ACR and AMR robot model, the system integrates multiple workstations (including a picking wall).
For online orders, the system utilizes multi-task parallel processing, increasing the efficiency of a single workstation to 350 boxes per hour.
For store orders, the picking wall enables efficient batch consolidation, and intelligent algorithms optimize robot collaboration, completing outbound processing within 15 minutes, achieving a peak efficiency improvement of 85%.
