We tailored and deployed a high-speed, high-precision automated warehousing solution for this cable company. The core of this solution utilizes advanced intelligent gripping and handling technology, the “aerial sorting smart warehouse” concept:
Intelligent Robot System: Employing an intelligent robot system with superior motion performance, it achieves precise gripping, high-density stacking, and automated handling of cable reels.
Flexible Compatibility with Multiple Cable Reel Specifications: Manages 11 SKUs; Supports 11 Pallet Types to accommodate cable reels of varying diameters (0.5m~1.2m).
High-Density Storage and Efficient Operation: Stacking Layers: Up to 3-5 layers, significantly improving vertical space utilization; Average Cycle Time: Only 1.2 minutes, ensuring high-efficiency material turnover; Total Storage Capacity: Up to 4400 pallet positions; Average Pallet Weight: Capable of handling heavy-duty cable reels up to 1.5 tons; The system is stable and reliable.
Intelligent Scheduling and Sorting System: Combining Jinshi Robotics’ independently developed intelligent scheduling and sorting system, the system eliminates the need for manual searching, enabling rapid order-based inbound and outbound processing of various cable reels.
