We tailored and deployed a high-speed, high-precision automated warehousing solution for this profile manufacturer. The core of the solution utilizes advanced intelligent grasping and handling technology, namely the “aerial sorting intelligent warehouse” concept:

Standardized Pallets and High-Density Stacking: A single type of pallet (1.2m x 2m) facilitates standardized operations; stacking depth reaches up to 7 layers, significantly improving vertical storage density.
Extremely High Efficiency Operation: Average cycle time: only 1.5 minutes; Single pallet processing speed: 12.8 seconds/pallet; Average pallet weight: capable of handling 1 ton of heavy materials.
Intelligent Scheduling and Sorting System: Integrates intelligent scheduling and sorting systems to achieve classified and zoned stacking management of sheet metal and profiles.
