PROJECT BACKGROUND
The electronics manufacturing supply chain faces three major challenges: a massive number of SKUs, short product lifecycles, and high-value materials. Traditional manual operations are unsustainable, making intelligent upgrades imperative.Warehouses must be able to accurately store and retrieve large numbers of tiny components, strictly adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle, and ensure the traceability and security of high-value materials throughout the entire process.Warehouses must also be flexible enough to handle the mixed demands of production distribution and finished product shipments.

SOLUTION CONFIGURATION
A hybrid robotic system was deployed, consisting of 14 telescopic lifting robots and 34 under-rack robots.
The telescopic lifting robots enable high-density bin storage and are suitable for ultra-high racks up to 7.3 meters high;
They can accommodate four different bin sizes, providing excellent operational flexibility.
Automated picking and goods consolidation are achieved through efficient coordination between conveyor workstations and multi-position buffer rack workstations.
