PROJECT BACKGROUND

Project background

We built a modern warehousing center covering 45,000 square meters for the National Stationery brand, including a 7,500-square-meter "goods-to-person" picking area. By introducing advanced intelligent technologies, this project not only significantly improved operational efficiency but also became a smart benchmark in the B2B e-commerce warehousing and distribution field.

Project Pain Points

Efficiency Bottleneck: Traditional manual picking methods struggled to cope with the increasing business volume, hindering order processing speed.

Rising Costs: Continuously rising labor costs put pressure on the company's profitability, necessitating technology-driven cost reduction and efficiency improvement solutions.

Technology Gap: Existing automated equipment in the market could not meet the brand's unique needs for innovative and customized warehousing solutions.

Solution

We tailored a smart integrated solution, with core systems including:

AGV Goods-to-Person Picking System: Pioneering the “goods-to-person” concept, significantly shortening picking paths.

DPS Seeding Wall System: Optimizing order sorting and consolidation efficiency.

Box-type (vertical) conveyor system: Highly efficient three-dimensional conveying, making full use of space.

High-speed sorting system with swing wheels: Enables fast and accurate sorting of goods.

Dynamic high-precision DWS system: Ensures accurate and real-time inbound and outbound data.

Customer Value

Increased efficiency, worry-free accuracy: The “goods-to-person” solution more than doubles the efficiency of a single station. Designed capacity reaches 150 lines/hour, with peak capacity up to 200 lines/hour, and picking accuracy approaching 100%.

Significant cost reduction, optimized experience: Effectively alleviates labor cost pressures.

Easy operation, health benefits: Significantly reduces employee labor intensity; operators can reduce walking by 10-15 kilometers per day (approximately 20,000-30,000 steps).

Full-process visual management: Enables efficient tracking of goods information, proper handling of special heavy goods, and comprehensive optimization of overall operational levels.
