PROJECT BACKGROUND
3,300㎡ storage space
Conveyor line operating capacity
Cache shelf operation capabilities
Picking accuracy
Project Pain Points
The platform primarily targets overseas Chinese and international students, focusing on e-commerce sales and same-day food delivery.
The warehouse, with a height of 8.5 meters, manages the production, processing, and distribution of dry goods such as snacks and condiments, fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables, and frozen products such as meat.
The platform faces challenges including difficulty in recruiting staff, high employee turnover, low efficiency and error rate in manual picking, and low warehouse storage density.
Solution
Intelligent Warehouse Robots: Deploy 15 A42 robots and 24 K50 robots to build an efficient “goods-to-person” picking system.
High-Efficiency Picking Workstations: Establish 5 direct-pick workstations to optimize human-robot collaboration efficiency.
High-density storage racks: Utilizing the warehouse’s 7.9-meter headroom, dedicated racks are designed for maximum space utilization.
Standardized bins: Standard 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 320mm (H) bins are used, compatible with automated systems.
Customer Value
With a warehouse height of 8.5 meters, combined with fire safety and warehouse headroom, a 7.9-meter space utilization allows for the storage of 11,000 boxes. Inbound efficiency: Single-station picking efficiency of 168 pieces/hour, outbound efficiency of 8,000 pieces/day; Tailored to customer scenarios, mobile picking carts provide a cost-effective solution for relay picking of multi-temperature goods (dry goods, fresh produce, frozen goods). Electronic tags reduce human picking errors, and goods-to-person picking improves human picking efficiency.
