This solution aims to address the client's warehouse storage pain points by achieving refined zoned storage, eliminating manual picking errors, significantly reducing labor costs, and greatly increasing storage density, thus comprehensively optimizing its retail logistics operations.

Project Pain Points

Solution

We deployed a highly integrated ACR intelligent warehouse system for Inoue Tsusho:
* Core Automation Equipment: 5 ACRs (Autonomous Case-handling Robots)
* Energy Supply System: 2 standard charging stations
* Storage Infrastructure: 13-layer shelving design to maximize vertical space utilization.

Standardized Carriers: Tote boxes are uniformly 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 300mm (H).

Workstations: Two buffer rack workstations are configured to optimize inbound and outbound processes, and one electronic tag-based sorting wall is provided to improve sorting accuracy and efficiency.
