PROJECT BACKGROUND
3,300㎡ storage space
Conveyor line operating capacity
Cache shelf operation capabilities
Picking accuracy
Project Pain Points
* High Labor Costs: High labor costs in Japan continuously put pressure on the company's profitability.
* Complex SKU Management: The retail industry has a wide variety of SKUs, placing higher demands on the precision and efficiency of warehouse management.
Solution
We deployed a highly integrated ACR intelligent warehouse system for Inoue Tsusho:
* Core Automation Equipment: 5 ACRs (Autonomous Case-handling Robots)
* Energy Supply System: 2 standard charging stations
* Storage Infrastructure: 13-layer shelving design to maximize vertical space utilization.
Standardized Carriers: Tote boxes are uniformly 600mm (L) x 400mm (W) x 300mm (H).
Workstations: Two buffer rack workstations are configured to optimize inbound and outbound processes, and one electronic tag-based sorting wall is provided to improve sorting accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Value
Operational Model Upgrade: Successfully achieved fully automated warehousing operations.
Improved Space Utilization: Warehouse storage density increased by 80%.
Project Delivery Cycle:
