Faced with the rapidly growing e-commerce market, traditional logistics systems have become inadequate in terms of efficiency and flexibility. Traditional manual picking methods are inefficient and error-prone, struggling to cope with order surges during large promotional events and directly impacting customer experience.

SOLUTION CONFIGURATION
This solution deploys 121 robots and 2,000 shelving units in a 6,000-square-meter warehouse, accommodating over one million items in inventory.
It meets both daily and peak season capacity demands:
Combining wave picking and order picking
the robots can precisely deliver shelves containing clothing, cosmetics, and other product categories to the operator, achieving an efficient “goods-to-person” picking process.
Achieves three times manual picking speed, with a maximum of 600 items per hour.
