Project Pain Points

Complex Products, High Error Rate: The diverse range of auto parts products leads to complex picking and kitting operations, resulting in a high error rate.

Efficiency Bottlenecks to Overcome: There is an urgent need to improve logistics efficiency to meet the demands of rapid market response.

Labor Cost Pressure: The company aimed to reduce reliance on manual labor and optimize personnel structure through automation.

Insufficient Information Technology: The existing system struggled to support refined and intelligent warehouse management.

Solution

Core Automated Equipment: 14 Miniload stacker crane systems and 5 pallet stacker crane systems were deployed to achieve high-density storage and rapid retrieval.

High-Efficiency Conveying Network: Advanced box conveyor and pallet conveyor systems have been built to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.

Integrated Auxiliary Equipment: Equipped with automated equipment such as tape wrapping machines and pallet unpacking machines, optimizing packaging and turnover processes.

Intelligent Central Control: A WCS (Warehouse Control System) has been introduced to achieve intelligent scheduling and collaborative operation of all automated equipment.

Customer Value

Comprehensive Process Optimization: End-to-end logistics optimization has been achieved from delivery and warehousing to finished product shipment, especially through a barcode verification solution, which effectively reduces production error rates.

Superior Storage Management: Over 4,000 intelligent storage locations have been planned to fully meet the refined storage and management needs of five major categories of automotive electronic materials.

Full-Chain Automation Coverage: The provided single and double-reach stacker crane systems, pallet conveying and packaging systems, AGV systems, tape wrapping machines, pallet unpacking machines, and WCS systems cover all key links, including finished product arrival, automated packaging, finished product warehousing, empty pallet replenishment, full pallet picking and warehousing, and empty pallet return.

Highly efficient and stable operation: The system can handle the operation of pallets of various sizes stably and efficiently, demonstrating strong compatibility and reliability.

Significant cost-effectiveness: Labor costs are reduced by more than 80%, significantly lowering operating expenses.

Accurate and worry-free inventory: Inventory accuracy reaches over 99.99%, providing reliable data support for enterprise decision-making.
