A home appliance company faced the challenge of managing its nationwide warehousing network.

The client was highly concerned with significantly improving the efficiency of goods management to cope with increasingly complex market demands and fierce industry competition.

To address this, we implemented an "Aerial Sorting Smart Warehouse" solution, providing a new information-based, three-dimensional, and high-density storage model aimed at comprehensively improving warehousing security and significantly increasing cargo turnover efficiency.

Inefficient Traditional Warehousing Management: Home appliances are diverse and bulky; traditional warehousing methods, involving manual handling and sorting, are inefficient and prone to errors.

Low Storage Space Utilization: Traditional warehouses are limited by manual operation and forklift access, resulting in low storage density and difficulty in meeting large-scale storage needs.

High Order Fulfillment Timeliness Requirements: The home appliance market is highly competitive, and customers have high demands for delivery timeliness; traditional logistics models struggle to respond quickly.

Warehouse Security Risks: Manual handling of heavy home appliances poses safety risks; high-level stacking results in poor stability.

We tailored and deployed a highly efficient intelligent warehousing solution for this home appliance company, based on intelligent yard robots and aerial sorting concepts:

Introducing an advanced intelligent yard robot system enables high-density, automated storage, handling, and sorting of heavy palletized goods, revolutionizing traditional warehousing operations.

Flexible Compatibility with Multiple SKUs and Pallets: Manages 15 SKUs; Supports 2 Pallet Types (1×1.2m / 0.76×1.11m), flexibly adapting to the storage needs of different home appliances;

Optimized Stacking and Efficient Operation: Stacking Layers: 3 layers, increasing density while ensuring safety; Average Cycle Time: 1.5 minutes; Pallet Processing Speed: 30 seconds/pallet; Average Pallet Weight: 1.2 tons; the system can stably handle heavy goods.

Intelligent Scheduling and Sorting System: Combining Jinshi Robotics’ independently developed intelligent scheduling and sorting system, it eliminates the need for manual searching and enables rapid order-based inbound and outbound processing of various product specifications.

Rapid Delivery Time, Rapid Deployment: Projects can be delivered within one month. Thanks to the ease of installation and centralized, rapid power-on of Jinshi Space’s logistics robots, along with highly standardized software functions and the advantage of no installation items in the warehouse area, continuous improvement during deployment significantly shortens the production time.

Significantly Improved Inbound/Outbound Efficiency: Inbound efficiency is increased by 3 times, and outbound efficiency by 8 times. Combined with intelligent scheduling and sorting systems, various product specifications can be quickly and accurately inbound and outbound according to orders, greatly accelerating logistics turnover.

Transforming Idle Space into Value-Added Space, Huge Increase in Storage Capacity: The “Aerial Sorting Intelligent Warehouse” has low requirements for factory buildings and flexible footprint.
