PROJECT BACKGROUND
3,300㎡ storage space
Conveyor line operating capacity
Cache shelf operation capabilities
Picking accuracy
Project Pain Points
Current Warehouse Situation: Employees face long walking distances when picking goods from different stores, heavy product selection, high labor intensity, and complex operations. The current KIVA goods-to-person model requires employees to move entire cases of goods onto shelves, resulting in high labor intensity and low efficiency.
In the future, with the continuous increase in the number of stores and the expanding product demand per store, production capacity will face bottlenecks, and space and labor costs will increase.
The proportion of retail orders will continue to increase, requiring automation upgrades, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and enhanced logistics supply chain quality to maximize current space efficiency.
