This project aims to address the core operational challenges currently faced by Thailand's 3C smart warehouses, including low efficiency of manual operations, insufficient storage density, and error-prone manual management, by deploying an advanced intelligent automation system. The goal is to comprehensively improve its warehouse management level and operational efficiency.

Project Pain Points

Operational Efficiency Bottleneck: Traditional manual operation modes limit the rapid turnover capability of 3C products.

Low Space Utilization: Existing warehouse space is not being used efficiently, affecting storage capacity.

Management Complexity: Reliance on manual management leads to cumbersome operations and is prone to human error.

Solution

Core Robot Cluster: Deploy 2 ACR intelligent bin robots, in conjunction with 2 HAIFLEX K50H-E1 intelligent handling robots, to achieve efficient material flow.

Energy Guarantee: Equipped with 1 ACR standard charging station and 1 HAIFLEX K50H-E1 standard charging station to ensure continuous equipment operation.

Storage Architecture: A uniform rack height of 2200mm optimizes space layout.

Standardized Carriers: Utilizes two sizes of storage bins: 600mm x 400mm x 230mm and 600mm x 400mm x 340mm, meeting the storage needs of various products.

Intelligent Workstations: Equipped with two sets of buffer rack workstations for bin robot docking and eight sets of HAIFLEX K50H-E1 docking buffer racks, achieving seamless docking and efficient operation.
